A luxurious private residence with swimming pool has been built on the promontory of one of the most touristic areas of the western Ligurian Riviera. It was a complex project, developed by the UNA2 Architetti Associati - Arch professional team. This project has been followed by Maurizio Vallino alongside the project manager of Ing. Arch. Marco Malaspina, and the landscaping and architectural studio AG&P greenscape - garden designed by Emanuele Bortolotti. The design layout took about a year of work due to complex renovations carried out through the house, and the need to highlight these renovations with particular lighting while at the same time blending them in with the design of the rest of the villa. The theme developed by Francesconi has given light to a part of the Ligurian coast thanks to the BRICK, MOK, FLEA, and SPY lighting collections, in various sizes, selected to obtain calibrated lighting. The driveway and the internal spaces were illuminated by BRICK bollards, whose minimal shape and extra clear diffusing glass generates soft lighting.
For the connecting walkways between the two buildings separated by low, dry-stone walls, we installed the innovative BRICK lamps. They are slim and blend well with the dry-stone. For the outdoor spaces, the SPY and SPY MAXI collection have been called upon to provide a strong beam and reliable performance. Also making its debut is the SPY THREHUGGER that can be fixed to the branches of the trees through sturdy fabric straps and can easily adapt to the section of the branch or trunk to which they are fixed. Thanks to the flexibility of this collection, it was possible to give a pleasant light frame to the cypresses and bushes of the garden. The lighting of the parking area, considering its large size, was entrusted to the MOK pole lamps whose light distribution is directed downwards without any glare. The walls of the two buildings (main and annex) were illuminated with minimal lighting downwards in order for a simple look, while the tall, dry-stone walls were provided with slim lamps that provide light from top to bottom. Lastly, the belvedere, placed in a position within the promontory, was illuminated with FLEA MINI lights whose positioning provided a luminous border. A FLEA MAXI series immersion lamp, in the FULL INOX version, has been added to the existing fountain. The dark brown color finish of was chosen for its elegance and proximity to the natural shades of green. The color temperature of reflects a warm light, with a value of 3000K
